If you have purchased a product from our Lash store or from our skin range, you are subject to an exchange if a product is faulty. You are under no circumstance subject to a refund, return or exchange for a change of mind. If you have had a service and are unhappy, we will provide you with a follow-up that is free of charge to rectify what you may think is the issue but you will not be subject to a refund.
