    By using the beauty services provided by Diana’s Beauty Lab and accessing our website, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services and website.

      Diana’s Beauty Lab offers a range of beauty services, including but not limited to lash extensions, facials, and skin treatments. All services are subject to availability and appointment scheduling.

      Appointments

        • To book an appointment, you must provide accurate personal information and contact details.
        • Appointments are subject to availability and scheduling.
        • We may charge a cancellation fee for missed appointments. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.

        Payment

          • Payment for beauty services is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
          • We accept various payment methods. Payment details are securely processed.
          • Prices for services are subject to change. Please inquire about the latest pricing when booking an appointment.

          Consent and Health Information

            • For services, including skin treatments, you must provide health information and consent to the procedure.
            • Diana’s Beauty Lab will maintain the confidentiality of your health information in compliance with applicable laws.

                  Policies

                  Please kindly review our cancellation information below before scheduling an appointment. By booking with Diana’s Beauty Lab, you are accepting the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy.

                  Course Policy

                  Purpose

                  This policy is designed to maintain the integrity of Diana’s Beauty Lab and protect the intellectual property rights associated with the course materials, including lectures, assignments, handouts, and any other course-related information. It outlines the expectations and responsibilities of students enrolled in the course regarding academic honesty and respect for copyright.

                  Academic Integrity

                  Plagiarism: Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Students must not present the work, ideas, or intellectual property of others as their own. This includes but is not limited to copying, paraphrasing without proper attribution, or submitting work that has been completed by someone else.

                  Original Work: All assignments, projects, and assessments submitted by students must be their own original work, unless otherwise specified by the instructor.

                  Collaboration: Collaborative work is encouraged when explicitly allowed by the instructor. When collaboration is permitted, it must be clearly documented, and each student involved must contribute meaningfully to the project.

                  Copyright and Course Materials

                  Course Materials: All course materials, including lectures, handouts, slides, and any digital or physical content provided by the instructor, are protected by copyright law. Students are granted access to these materials solely for the purpose of their own education in Diana’s Beauty Lab.

                  Distribution and Sharing: Students are prohibited from sharing or distributing course materials, whether in physical or digital form, with individuals who are not enrolled in Diana’s Beauty Lab without the express written consent of the instructor.

                  Recording: Recording of lectures and course content, including but not limited to audio, video, or screen captures, is allowed for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or published without the instructor's written permission.

                  Consequences of Violations

                  Academic Misconduct: Any violation of this policy, including but not limited to plagiarism or cheating, will be considered academic misconduct. Consequences for academic misconduct may include, but are not limited to, failure of the assignment, course, or referral to the appropriate academic authorities.

                  Copyright Infringement: Violation of copyright law may result in legal action and penalties in accordance with applicable copyright legislation.

                  Reporting Violations

                  Students who suspect academic misconduct or copyright violations should report them to the instructor or appropriate academic authorities.

                  Review and Amendments

                  This policy may be reviewed and amended as needed. Students will be informed of any changes in writing or via course announcements.

                  By enrolling in Diana’s Beauty Lab, students acknowledge that they have read and understood this policy and agree to abide by its provisions.

                  Bookings: 

                  A deposit of 40% is collected for most services unless specified otherwise, at times, a full payment may be required. All booking deposits are Non-Refundable but are Transferable per Cancellation Policy. The remaining balance will be due at your appointment. You will be required to provide a valid credit card number that will be kept on your client file, should repeat cancellations/no show(s) occur. 

                  To guarantee availability, please book your appointment in advance.

                  Late Policy

                  There is a 10-minute grace period for being late. More than 10 minutes late, will resolve in an automatic cancelled appointment. Any deposits made will be forfeited and a new deposit will be paid when booking a new appointment. 

                  At Diana’s Beauty Lab, we are very understanding and know that life happens but just communicate with us and we will work with you as best as we can.

                  No Show Policy

                  We reserve the right to charge a no-show fee to the credit card on file totaling 100% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment.

                  Refund/Cancellation Policies

                  All last-minute cancellations due to illness will be waived and stored as credit otherwise, appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. Text and email reminders are sent out 4 days before your appointment. We understand that emergencies come up but we cannot allow any exceptions due to the fact of hindering another client’s appointment.

                  Diana’s Beauty Lab does not offer refunds on services. 

                  Allergic Reactions

                  If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please notify us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you have experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions or any service that we offer in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know prior to your appointment. A patch test can be administered before your appointment. Simply ask for a ‘Trial Test’ and under no circumstance are we liable for any adverse reactions including medical and non-medical issues that take place during and post treatment. It is your responsibility to provide us with your medical history and give us the correct information in your consent form.  

                  Product Policy

                  Please ensure you read our ingredient list on our products thoroughly, since we are not making these products there may be ingredients that you are allergic to. It is your responsibility to ensure you are able to use the products you purchase.

                  Cell Phone Policy

                  We ask that all cell phones be on silent during your appointment. If you are receiving a lash session, we ask that you do not open your eyes to check devices until after your session is complete being that we as lash specialists are using tweezers, adhesive and other items near the delicate eye area and this takes time away from your service and may irritate eyes during and/or after your session.

                  Visitors 

                  You are allowed to bring a friend to appointments but please note at times we may be busy and they may be asked to wait outside.

                  Integrity

                  Your health is our top priority! This means that Diana’s Beauty Lab will only offer their services that are appropriate for you. At times this is not what you are used to from previous therapists. Please respect this! If you demand what you cannot have, DBL can cancel your appointment. As professionals, we also reserve the right to make a new decision during your time at Diana’s Beauty Lab as a client for what we believe is best for you. 

                  Lash Fill Policy

                  Please make sure to book your refills accordingly. It is required that you have at least 40% of your lashes in order to be considered a “fill”. If you book a fill and show up with less than that, you will be charged for a full set.

                  Helpful Hints

                  • If it looks like you need a fill then you have waited too long. Lashes should look good all of the time! Just less full. 
                  • If you are missing more than 40% on only one eye you are still considered to be falling under the 40% Fill Rule. 
                  • Be careful about very outgrown lashes - these are removed at every fill and do not count as happy lashes that get to a part of the 50% team

                   If you have questions as to whether your lashes will be considered a fill, please feel free to reach out and/or send a picture.

                  Pricing/Policies

                  Pricing and policies are subject to change at any time. Please keep yourself updated by checking our booking system for changes. 

                  Confirmations/Reminders

                  After every booking, you will receive texts/emails. We do understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment, so please ensure that we have your current email address, phone number, and other contact information on file. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, and missed appointments, and help us serve you better by providing enough notice to avoid any cancellation fees.
